my sweet Kendal left today for ASU today.

 she has chosen to take a chance and leave all she knows, to take on new adventures in a brand new place. and i'm so incredibly proud of her for that. i wish that i had the opportunity and guts! 

i met this girl in my freshmen year of high school, but we didn't become sistas until sophomore year. after finding each other in dance class, we quickly and i mean QUICKLY became so much more than best friends. her family warmly welcomed me into their small family and my parents call her one of there own. then she moved houses, which meant she had to move schools. and what did i do? i moved schools with her! best decision i've ever made. 

we are entirely different people. 

she loves pink. i love aqua.

she hates camping. i love camping.

she sings like an angel. i break windows when i sing.

she likes brand names and malls. i like thrift stores and estate sales.

she does theater. i do water polo.

she likes the beach. i'm a beach bum.

she wears makeup. i never wear makeup.

(she just called me from the car going to AZ and told me you forgot all your makeup, lol what good timing because i was typing about makeup)

she has boobs. i have a butt.
she is a princess. and i'm a mermaid.

but we laugh at the same things.

i taught her to love thrift stores and estate sales.

we both want to become elementary school teachers.

i now enjoy musicals and she learned enough to watch me play water polo.

we both have a passion for children.

we dream about our marriages and our families more than the usual person.

we are both only children.

i wear gold eyeliner for sometimes because of her and she goes without makeup sometimes for me.

thank you for being the sister i've always wanted. thank you for teaching me to be more girly. thank you for bringing me to Del Norte. thank you supporting Lane and i with everything. thank you for being our middle girl, too. thank you for calming me when i wake up in the middle of the night crying because of nightmares. thank you for the inside jokes and laughs. thank you for the late night pillow talk. thank you for comforting me always. thank you for always finding me the cutest things when we shop. thank you for your sweet, unending love. 

oh, and thank you for all the thank yous on your blog!

i will miss you so much. but i know i will see you soon. aka this thursday!

I LOVE YOU. be safe in Arizona. make good choices, but take chances. enjoy college life for the both of us and call me to tell me all about it everyday.
